Kalahari Technical Institute of Namibia seeks to enhance innovation in Namibia by improving the technical skills of Namibians through the training of a diverse, technical workforce and development of innovative research and technical service delivery programmes that will improve the technically underserved populations, particularly in the rural and remote region of the nation. This will supplement production companies which are under-staffed all around the country with local qualified professionals.

Kalahari Technical Institute of Namibia seeks to contribute to Namibia and the SADC region by enhancing the industrial delivery system through relationships with production companies, professionals and other industries, as well as attracting and training new technicians.
